Policy

• Free shipping on all products comes with $100 insurance if lost or stolen.

• Custom Steppers is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen once shipped to the address provided by the customer.


• All sales are final once shipped. If a refund is requested at any point after a project is started, the price of the base shoe is deducted from the refund and a payment for the labor, which is included in the sale price, is refunded.

• Canvas paintings are non-refundable once shipped per policy.

• If you have issues with the final product (such as paint peeling that was not caused by negligence from the customer, examples provided in the section below with examples of neglect) please contact Custom Steppers for corrective actions to be taken.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can request a return via email.


Examples of neglect:

1. Leaving products in the sun or cold for extended periods of time can cause issues with the product.

2. Natural wear (consistently wearing)

3. Dragging shoes on the concrete will destroy any shoe.

4. Damage caused by spilling chemicals on products.


Turnaround ranges from 2-3 weeks on average.
